KKClub Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and KKClub ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the KKClub website, downloading the KKClub app, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users of KKClub, including visitors who browse without registering. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The most current version of these Terms is always available at this page.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and KKClub.

2. Account Eligibility

KKClub is strictly an adults-only platform. You must meet all of the following requirements to register and maintain an account:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with KKClub.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of KKClub or any of its affiliated companies.

KKClub reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a player is found to be underage, any account balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit and the account will be permanently closed. No winnings generated while underage will be paid.

3. Registration and Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one KKClub account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different contact details — is a breach of these Terms. KKClub uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.

3.3 Account Verification

KKClub may request identity verification documents at any point. Standard verification requirements include proof of identity, proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Until verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held. Providing falsified or altered documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All KKClub accounts are denominated in PKR. Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are all displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees associated with transactions between your KKClub account and your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast account or registered bank account.

4. Deposits

KKClub accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfers
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfers
• Raast – instant bank-to-wallet transfers
• Bank Transfer – direct bank account transfers
• Approved debit and credit cards
• Other approved mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account. All deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered KKClub account holder — are not permitted and may be returned.

KKClub does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your KKClub balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, the support team can investigate using your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your KKClub account. KKClub will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the KKClub payments team. Standard processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Once approved, funds are transferred to your nominated payment method in PKR.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

KKClub requires that each deposit is used for gaming activity before a withdrawal is processed. Where a deposit has not been used to place any bets, KKClub reserves the right to deduct a processing fee before returning the funds. This condition exists to prevent the platform from being used for payment processing purposes rather than gaming.

5.4 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real money winnings that result from wagering with bonus funds — after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full — are eligible for withdrawal. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

KKClub offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds requirements and other conditions that are stated on each individual promotion page.

6.2 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or via a bonus code as specified on the promotion. Each bonus can only be claimed once per account, per household and per IP address unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. KKClub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with the promotion terms.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount — or in some cases a bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute less. Full details are on each promotion page.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

KKClub monitors bonus activity. Patterns of play that are identified as bonus abuse — including placing low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements, or making use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — may result in the bonus being voided, winnings being removed and the account being reviewed. KKClub's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

7. Sports Betting Rules

KKClub offers sports betting markets covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on KKClub:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the KKClub cash-out feature is available and used before the event concludes.
• Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement for fixed-odds markets. Live in-play odds are subject to change in real time.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to KKClub's standard void rules for that sport. Generally, void bets are refunded at odds of 1.0.
• KKClub reserves the right to void any bet where it is clear that an error occurred in the odds display, such as odds that are substantially out of line with the market.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• KKClub may restrict maximum bet sizes for individual accounts at its discretion where unusual betting patterns are identified.

For cricket markets specifically, including PSL matches and T20 internationals, KKClub follows established cricket betting settlement rules. In-play markets are suspended during wickets, over breaks and rain delays, and are reopened once play resumes.

8. Casino and Slot Games

KKClub's slot games, fish games and other casino-style titles are provided by third-party game developers. The following conditions apply:

• All games use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by KKClub or any previous results.
• Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is determined by the game developer and is disclosed within the individual game's information screen.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, KKClub will review the affected round and either void it (refunding the bet) or settle it based on the verifiable game state at the point of the error.
• KKClub is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues during a game session.
• Progressive jackpots are funded by a portion of each eligible bet placed. Jackpot wins are verified before being credited to accounts.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on KKClub. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Creating more than one account on KKClub
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to influence game or betting outcomes
• Attempting to launder money through KKClub or using KKClub for any fraudulent financial activity
• Sharing account access with any other person
• Accepting payments from third parties and depositing them into a KKClub account
• Abusing customer support staff in any way

KKClub cooperates fully with relevant authorities in matters involving suspected fraud or financial crime. Where required, account information may be disclosed to appropriate parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your KKClub account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. KKClub will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account where available, and using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the KKClub support team immediately. KKClub is not liable for losses that result from a player sharing their login credentials voluntarily or through negligence.

11. Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your KKClub account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining real money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

11.2 Closure by KKClub

KKClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, KKClub will determine on a case-by-case basis whether any remaining balance is returnable, depending on the nature of the breach. Accounts closed due to fraud or money laundering will have their balances frozen pending investigation.

12. Responsible Gaming

KKClub is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We provide the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders – Set alerts to notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion – Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from KKClub. During the exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet or access your balance.
• Reality Checks – Enable pop-up reminders at set intervals during gaming sessions to prompt you to review your activity.

13. Privacy and Data

KKClub collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and communications related to your account and KKClub promotions.

KKClub does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention or as required by law. You have the right to request a copy of the data KKClub holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information by contacting the support team.

14. Limitation of Liability

KKClub provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent availability and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. KKClub's liability to any player is limited to the real money balance held in that player's account at the time of any claim.

KKClub is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Losses resulting from a player voluntarily sharing their account credentials
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand promotion terms
• Any indirect, consequential or economic losses beyond the account balance

15. Changes to These Terms

KKClub may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of KKClub following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using KKClub and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.
